Introduction: This contract serves as a binding agreement regarding the legal protection of bats.

Parties 1. The Conservation Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) 2. The Wildlife Preservation Society (hereinafter referred to as “the Society”)
Background Whereas bats are a protected species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and other wildlife protection laws;
Terms Conditions 1. The Agency and the Society agree to collaborate on efforts to monitor and protect bat populations in designated conservation areas; 2. The Society shall provide regular reports and data on bat populations to the Agency for research and conservation purposes; 3. The Agency shall provide financial and technical support to the Society for the implementation of bat protection measures; 4. Both parties shall adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of bats;
Term This contract shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of signing, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of the parties;
